Return/ Exchange

Return policy for all BABY K products need to be directly dealt with Amazon platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to Amazon and request for a full refund or exchange.

BABY K do not refund shipping costs for returns. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Some Big and Bulky Goods may require assembly. The Delivery Agents are not required to unpack, assemble or construct Goods as part of the delivery service. Assembly of the Goods is your responsibility and at your expense.

Domestic / International Shipping

For Domestic Shipping, Amazon delivers nearly all addresses in the continental US, except US territories, possessions, and protectorates (other than Puerto Rico).

If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn’t changed, allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered.

Claims for Damaged Products

If your products arrive damaged, please contact Amazon customer service team for a replacement. Please refer to the Amazon official page for further details.

  • If you have received a damaged product and wish to claim a refund, please contact Amazon’s platform for replacements and refunds. If you need replacement parts, please contact us. Once the claim is approved, we will provide you either a complete refund or a replacement parts. It is possible that we may ask you to return the damaged product to us.
